Well, I've decided not to let it get me down. I have medication to ease the symptoms until i can get it all sorted out. Merry Christmas to you too Dee!

Wow! It is super cool to see that you are all plugging along.

I just wanted to stop in to say hi and that I am still sober. It is nice to read everyone's progress: including ups and downs. Hope everyone is well.

Hi guys, it's good to see a few of you still around. I messed up and went on a pretty destructive binge, so I've joined the new class (March again, can you believe it. I seem to be in a pattern)
