My grandson is throwing food on the floor! Oh, now he's studiously picking it apart! No, he ended up throwing it all on the floor!
Good morning, everybody!
Glad to hear that you're finally in the clear, Marcher!
How are you today, Trach?

Marcher, you seem to be moving back to your normal steady self - good to see!
Trachy, how goes today?
Have a good one, Marchers!
Good morning Marchers It's single figures outside, single figures celcius I mean! I am comforting myself with the thought that it's September next month.
All systems go here. Mr Marcher is on his way to work for a few hours, I'll be following (for the day of course). I'm starting to get used to the little blue car although I did misplace it in the supermarket car park on Sunday. I looked for my old car, no no it's the black car -- where is it? Then I remembered it's the blue car.
Gilmer it sounds like those g'kids are going to keep you on your toes.
Have a good day peeps.

It's been single figures here some nights recently Marcher in fact somewhere in England scored a record 1C last week, it is mid summer here for pity's sake!!!!
I remember walking around a car park with that dreaded feeling that my car had been stolen....only to remember, like you Marcher, that I now had a different one!
And a totally girly thing, I went on holiday in my late teens with three friends to a caravan on the south coast, we ventured into a nearby town, had a great day.. And completely forgot which car park we had parked it!!! Took us hours to figure it out with a friendly constables help! Taught me a valuable lesson though!!
Old but active Dee? I've had more flattering descriptions!!!

Hi Marchers, just printed my boarding pass for my trip to Ohio scheduled for tomorrow! I am so excited! And, I am leaving my home in a few minutes to meet a potential new friend. My daughter has a friend whose mother in law just moved to the Denver area, is about my age, and doesn't know anyone to socialize with. We are going to a currently popular restaurant called Snooze for brunch.
I am pretty much the introvert, loving to get my social needs met online here at SR, but am open minded to meeting her and helping her get acclimated to the Denver area. I love being of service and getting out of my own head.... one of those things I learned a long time ago in AA that continues to be a part of my life. Have a wonderful day, all!

Good morning Marchers from a sunny, blue, 8C Paradise. It is so nice to have normal -- if freezing -- days again.
Ken I hope you go well with the accreditation process. 1Day I'll look forward to feedback from you on how your trip and meeting go.
I'm having a little debate myself over whether it's too early to plant tomato seeds in pots, my positive side seems to be winning.
Have a good day peeps.

Hey guys, Marcher glad you got your sunshine back!
1day, I'm like you, I have a handful of close friends who I rarely see, but we fall back into the relationship immediately, but my day to day socialising is here. I know you will make this lady feel at home.
Enjoy your trip too.
Trachy I just noticed your signature, and feel it was written for me. I have never trod the straight line to a career, family had a mapped out life, but I have never felt lost either, just wended ly way through life my own way. ( I too have no idea what I want to be when I grow up!! )
Hugs Marchers

I think you mean "turkey bacon," not "chicken bacon."
But IMHO turkey bacon is a sad substitute for real bacon (and I think it's been well established that American bacon is a sad substitute for Australian and British bacon).
