I just absolutely skinny cow ice cream. Was in a yucky mood, wanting junk food but I had this and it hit the spot. Plus, it has chocolate which is technically a vegetable since it comes from the cocoa bean and all that calcium from the ice cream. I think I did pretty well for myself. Goodnight y'all. 24 more hours of beautiful sobriety.

Didn't sleep too well last night. I've had a headache for almost 24 hours. I don't think I've been drinking enough water so I'm upping that today in hopes of getting rid of it.

I didn't sleep too well either Mysti...I went to bed early around 9pm dropped off quickly then woke up thinking it must be around 4 or 5am only to discover it was 11.15pm and I couldn't get back to sleep! It was a very warm night here in the UK...maybe that had something to do with it!

Another 24 for me...
