On this day in history, Kon-Tiki, a balsa wood raft captained by Thor Heyerdahl, completed a 4,300-mile, 101-day journey from Peru to Raroia in the Tuamotu Archipelago in 1947. I wanted to share this to provide inspiration on your sobriety journey! If the Kon-tiki could accomplish what it did, just think of how much you can accomplish on your sober journey!
