I'm off today for a week long vacation at a lake in the mountains. A place my children and I cherish. A great place to center myself. Internet service is spotty there but I will try to check in as I can.

Good morning all. I failed on my commitment yesterday. I am having such a hard time getting past the first week. I feel so depressed and disappointed in myself.
I did go to an AA meeting last night. I need something more, obviously. That is going to be a major part of my plan from now on. Gonna try for 90 in 90.
I am COMMITTING to 24 hours of sobriety.
