You're doing a fantastic job with the milestones, Casey--and I definitely hear you about the emoticons. I think I'm a nice and pleasant person IRL--but nobody would call me "sweet" or "cutesy."
But I've gotten in the habit of using emoticons on here because they are clearly legitimate communicational currency that are an easy shorthand for moods.

BIG day at work for me. A project I've spent 2 years researching & developing gets presented & rolled out today. I'm so excited to unveil it to all campus secretaries at our annual Secretaries Meeting.
