Hello all. I tend to get reclusive and withdrawn when I'm in one of these depressive periods, but I wanted to check in. I think my outlook is getting (a little) better and I'm actually sleeping better the last couple of days. And (not to jump the gun) but next week I'll reach one month of sobriety, so I'm looking forward to that.
Hope all are well.

Don't get too withdrawn Frank or i'll send my ex wife over to the West Coast, she was a pilot too, for a broomstick manufacturer.
A month is a proper milestone Frank, good work. No kind of expert on depression but I have learned that doing stuff - pretty much any activity is better than 'white knuckling ' it.
You mentioned some anti-depressants a while ago, I hope they are of some use

Hey Frank, You're almost there buddy. This is the hard part. You are starting to feel a little better and wonder what harm one little drink can do - ride through it mate. If you want to drink - wait until you know you can control it. Until then - ride it out.
Almost a month mate, almost a month.
Almost a month mate, almost a month.
