I've seen some ads for the show. Isn't it mostly motorcycles, tattoos, and brutality?

You're gonna have to talk me into watching it.

I'm actually not a very cynical person, I just appreciate the rawness in his writing.
But he seemed like a pr1ck, wouldn't have liked his company very much

I also like Burroughs, Miller and Hunter S, but I read everything on Oprahs book club too haha.
I was just in Transylvania and read Dracula! It was awesome!

Ah! Hokay. For a moment I was worried about you.

You mentioned Hunter S. Thompson. What a creative genius, but so self destructive. Not sure SR could have helped him much.

Hey Frank , been reading some of your posts . Nice to hear your starting to feel a little better , That bandage should be coming off soon lol
I like house boats , but I get sea sick & I could starve . I'm not crazy for fish ..So is life .
Anyways quotations . One popped in my head & I could never really understand the meaning or more I didn't want to . I would like your thoughts on it . Of course that's if I'm saying it the right way ?
* If you love something - Let It Go - If it returns it's meant to be *
My thoughts are Why would I want to set it free ?
Ok Frank - Help me make sense of that . Others can to , lots of ways to look at it !

Dear Nest,

Not sure I have any wisdom there. I seem incapable of love.

Have you ever been in love? What is it like?

Just trying to be honest.

I've certainly been 'totally infatuated' and what a thrill that was. Hormones and all. But I've never experienced 'true love' as described in so many books. I think that has something to do with being an alcoholic, the inability to feel.

I know.

For me, I just don't feel anything. (sowwy to put a bummer on this thread!) I don't feel love, I don't feel sadness, I don't feel joy, I don't feel anger. I just don't feel anything.
