Awe my sweet, sweet dear friends....thank you SO much for the warm welcome back. It honestly means the world to me.

I may have got knocked down but I am getting back up! I refuse to give up! ODAAT!!!!! We all deserve sanity and peace within ourselves!!

Congrats to all the milestoners!!!

24 down and 24 more to go! Committed & reworking a plan on day 2! Sorry I may need to announce my days for a bit!

bim said something in an earlier thread that hit home; "it is the moment between a reaction & a drink that recovery happens" I have got to "get that". I got to work on some tools for the early part of the game!! I am determined! I have to figure out how to get past that dreaded 90 days that screw me all up!

Anyway, onward and upward. A little bruised but I (and everything) will be OK as long as I stay focused on the prize (the journey of course)

Next best thing & repeat!

...and a couple stompSY! I do not digress

.....I would like to hope in a couple weeks I will be a bit stronger
