NYM glad you had a nice trip!
Amp happy anniversary and enjoy your time off work!
Womp flew by today. Tomorrow is my Dogs bday and we tend to go all out at work for it since she womps everyday with me. Just got home tonight from picking up her bday cake and my friend and I bought her about 20 new toys. Yes she's spoiled!

3 weeks sober today
I'm pleased with the plan and support I have in place this time. As long as I stick to the daily tasks I have created for myself I see no reason why I can't get this monkey off my back.
After 4 years of trying to change my med, the new ones I got after getting a new (she is fantastic) doctor are helping a lot. A big trigger for my drinking was insomnia, I take my new mess at night and I am sleeping better than I have in years!
I've also put on a stone in 3 weeks which is good as I was quite underweight from not eating when drinking. If I can eat myself up to 11 stone I will be much happier in myself. Definitely noticed taste is coming back, food is tasting great these days. It's also lovely to sit at the table and eat dinner without worrying that I'm going too hurl it back up!

BBB congrats.
And yes cake for dogs! There's a bakery in town called Three Dog Bakery that makes cakes and treats for dogs. She will be enjoying a peanut butter one today. I will post pics of it later.
Off to womp!

Congrats on 60 days, Fradley!
Starting day 90 here. Only three more days until I hit the three month mark.
Off work today. Trying to decide now if I'm going to battle this awful heat and unusually high humidity and bicycle to a noon AA meeting. Either way, I'm definitely going to an 8 pm meeting tonight. It's my favorite meeting of the week--a Big Book study led by this neat older man from Alaska who has a ton of wisdom and common sense advice after being sober for 34 years. He sobered up when I was in first grade! Definitely a man that I look up to as he just exudes peacefulness and contentment today.
Wishing everyone a happy and sober Wednesday!
