Anybody know who's castle this is?
I finally got some good internet service and my daughter let me on the computer.lol
It's been a nice trip, but we ran into some serious rain a couple times.
Still south of Richmond VA soon to head home.
Hope everybody has a nice day.
I look forward to chatting with you all this weekend.

Yes Wolfy, I was more diligent with it around this time last year....in the morning, I'd pick one of the women for sobriety 13 statements to focus on for the day and at the end of the day (or times I felt stressed when I was unemployed), I'd try and focus myself and meditate,

Keeping the mind still takes practice, Wolfy. Don't give up on the benefits....even now, I think that practising to still the mind helps me to find my centre quickly when I feel stressed, even though I may not go into full meditation, I've learnt to quiet my thoughts!

Rod has asked me to give him some time to "think about things" and that he needs to know if he wants to commit, even though he likes me and thinks I am an incredible woman. He denies wanting to see other women but says I should feel free to see other men. He denies trying to break up with me.
I feel disappointed and frustrated. But I must do still the things that will sustain my wellness after my long hospitalization. Eating well, exercise , staying present, practicing gratitude, and of course not drinking. Thankfully, I don't feel any urges in this way.
But how much time should I give him if he isn't breaking up with me? Honestly, I thought this was going to be a fun, light hearted thing and now this rubbish!

I'm sorry for your loss Gilmer.

I'm glad you're having a good time Leshar - not sure what to make of this guy tho...it's not like you've proposed to him lol...

struggling a little healthwise at the moment - nothing serious but bed rest is best.

Be back soon

Time for a new thread:
