Mariah, have you tried doing some aerobic exercise before an interview, I've found it can help to lessen the anxiety (so long as you leave yourself plenty of time to shower and change of course, otherwise it will be a complete disaster, turning up sweaty!)
Hope you get some good job news soon.
There's lots of changes happening at my work place too, at the moment. I don't think the changes will effect my role too much, but you never know for sure. I have my supervision coming up, so I'll know more details then.

Morning Fools,
hope all are well...............
back in hk.....
I'm sober and ok.....
It's been an emotional few weeks.
There were three times in total that I drank, the last with my wife.
First and third times not drunk...
2nd time, smashed!
The wife and I drank a bottle of champagne as I tried to explain what it does to me, which is different from her.
And again, same as the first pints which cost me so, so dearly I felt that urge to get drunk.
She wanted a drink, so I said go on, I'll try and can probably behave but it will challenge me....
20 minutes later I was at the 7/11 buying a beer, after a quick chug on that I threw everything up!
There is no "god" for me, but the Universe certainly spoke to me in that moment.
These have been very valuable and terribly confronting lessons for me.
A new humility and respect has come for myself and all those in this game.
I thought I was in the clear......
I thought I was all good again.......
I thought wrong!
Again!
Aside from not having a day count in the 400's I have no real regrets on this relapse, it has rattled me quite a bit....
It's a week for me Sunday.
Mum and baby are fine, happy and well.
I'll catch up on all posts today....
Me and baby alone at home for first time....

Good to hear from you obo. Good to hear that all are well.
The good thing is that you are back on the path and didn't let the relapse drag you down.

Long Day.....went & cleaned at my elderly Uncles for 7 hrs......the person he has had cleaning for him, wasn't doing much cleaning. Was good to spend the afternoon down there with him...........Down in the beautiful wild & scenic Rogue, on the river.......I always feel myself relax as I am driving down there. He is 85 years old (My Dads big brother) & sharp as a tack, but you can see his mobility is really declining. He was into the doctor earlier this week with "busa" in a leg & could hardly walk....doing much better now.

I'm a bit late for work, and the in laws are coming to visit tonight, there's no time to clean up before they arrive. Bad planning on my part.
I'm most definitely in for the Bargain this weekend.

Great to have a solid week under your belt Obo, 
The in laws came and went, I survived relatively unscathed. I can relax for another few months until the next visitation.
If looks like it might be a sunny day today. I'm meeting some friends this morning, then shooting on to see my parents, which means I'll have a clear day tomorrow. I've not had a full day at home for ages.
Hope everyone has a good start to the weekend.
