2 Days in (48 Hours) Part 2 (ZaBoozers Thread)
This is some Denzel Wahington thing - not bad if violence is your thing in a movie.
You are way out of my league on using light refractive indices in the fermentation process Mr Z....I would have thought that it is far more sensitive to any usual chemical titration!
I have to hold my hands up on that one...
I am about to stub out my last cigarette...
Night night

I used this site and many people were very helpful.. I thank my hp, this site, and aa for my sobriety !! I will be sober 2 years in August!!
Good morning all,
Well it is the start of day sixty three for me. The coffee is brewing and smells good. The sun is on the edge of the horizon and it is Monday morning. The start of another work week. To the business end first.
Physically I feel great. I really battled to get to sleep last night. The RLS just kept stuffing me around. Eventually I was forced to take some Beta-sleep for it (herbal type relaxant). It takes about an hour to kick in but seems to relax me quite well. So I am off to the chemist this morning to get some magnesium to add to my supplements. I had a slight headache this morning. I think this is due to the poor sleep that I had.
Mentally I feel good. It is another work week. I don't think it is going to be busy, but at least it is there. I always have other things that I can do to keep me busy.
Emotionally, it is too early to say. The day has started fair. So I expect it to end fair.
Well, it is another Monday morning and I am sitting here at work sipping on some filter coffee. I can definitely say that it is nowhere as good as mine. Traffic was not too bad this morning. Mind you with the fuel price hike, I can understand the lack of traffic.
The weatherman predicts that this cold spell should last at least another week. It is freezing outside. I am wearing two jackets as I sit here in my office. At least I have the fire place to keep me warm. (Just read back through this and the first sentence sounds very Rodriguez like )
It seems that not even the weekend can make this FIFA debacle disappear. The more probing that goes on, the more that is unveiled. The sooner they get to the bottom of this the better. The other news is not that good either. It seems as if we are back to the load shedding schedule (Power utility woes). Our economy has a good chance of being downgraded to junk status and so it goes on.
On the smoking front - today is the last day. I have half a pack to finish and then I am done. I am going to have to find some smoking cessation books like I did with the booze. I have read Mr Carr's book - it did not help me before. I do have my e-cigarette charged up and ready to go (homeopathic liquid). The liquid is supposed to be as close to zero nicotine as you can get. For those that like numbers 1 x 10^-6 or 0,000 001 ppm nicotine.
Be safe and be strong.
Cheers,
ZAB

Good evening all,
Well I have reached the end of day sixty three. Just another Monday as far as Monday's go. I don't think it was a particularly good or a particularly bad day. It was just one of those days that I would have been more than glad to stay in bed. Business first.
Physically I am tired. My headache has slowly worsened during the course of the day. Much of this was my own fault - not eating. I hope I get a good nights rest tonight. I could do with it after last night.
Mentally I am a bit flat. I had the usual progress meetings, but didn't really take any pleasure in them.
Emotionally I am ok. I have had better days.
The weather is still cold this side. The weatherman reckons we will be down to 0degC tonight. I am prepared. The fire is burning and it is nice and warm inside.
The cats are sprawled out. I really think they have the life of Riley. I don't think they would swap with me.
Smoking cessation did not go well today. I am going to have to work on this one. There is just too much going on at the moment.
Bed is calling.
Be safe and be strong.
Cheers,
ZAB
