Hey all
Morning check in! I am running late this morning as I overslept, oops. But no drama. My hours can be flexible.
Nice to see all the check ins. pH7 hope you are all good. 1step you are doing great mate!
Pink - it's going to get warm again later this week :-) Hope you had a good Monday even though you had the blues.
Scooter - I looked at some cape photos. It looks lovely, I can see why you have people coming to stay. I will add it to my travel list!

Keep going Rah, you are doing great. Around 1-2 months I was a lot less bloated and my clothes fit better....even with a lot of snacking. I have also been trying to snack on more fruit but also still allowing myself treats like good quality chocolate, ice cream and popcorn.

Determined - that's a great shout! I read that post yesterday and had a good long think about this summer vs last summer. Exactly a year ago now I was entering the worst phase of drinking. It's painful to look back on but great to be where I am now.
I am good today team. Travelling north with work. It's a rainy day but sun may return later in the week. I am using my e-cig this week. I love my run but feel I could go faster if I could finally conquer the cigarettes. Let's see. It's on my goals for 2015 and I don't want to not give any goals my best shot

London, you are definitely gonna meet your goal, no doubt. Boy isn't it eye opening to look back, easy to forget how we used to feel.

Wow, where is the week going?
Busy busy at work but all is good. No cigarettes so far today which is a good start, 3 yesterday + ecig usage. I am doing some searches for nictotine forums later :-)

Weekend in sight! Actually I have vacation tomorrow, so it is Friday for me!
Not thinking too much about alcohol, feels like I am finally living sober as opposed to stopping drinking. Guard still up though.
Time for a little pep rally up in here! Let's get excited about our choice and energized like it is day one again. Check in and testify today peeps! Let's not get complacent, the av will pick one of us off unexpectedly if we do.

Cleansing 7 miles today. I had only run once a week in the last couple of weeks because of vacation.
I now begin four weeks of 10 & 14 mile back to back weekend runs followed by five weeks of 10 & 16-22 mile runs leading up to my Marathon and Ultra Marathon.
Scary in a good way.
Keep up the great work team!

Just a quick check in - I have been non-stop with company; having a great time.
I will catch up on the posts when my college roommate and her husband leave tomorrow.

Determind I love that your frame of mind is so good, and that sober is the new normal, that is fab to hear. I think I'm 90% to that way of thinking, I'm getting there!
