Congratulations to today's achievers!!! Check me in for 24 more. I've enjoyed my quick trip to Fort Worth and I return home tomorrow, only for a trip to New Braunfels, TX this weekend. One thing I like about traveling is attending the meetings wherever I travel to and hear different stories and meet new friends in recovery.

24 please. Listening to a little early Rod Stewart. Every picture tells a story, cracking album I'd long forgotten until today...

I'm going to be laid up for a little while as I burst a blood vessel in my knee this afternoon resulting in much pain and some internal bleeding, a lump the size of a tennis ball on my knee, (result of varicose veins which I've had treatment for on and off for a while). Awaiting scans over next few days and possibly surgery on Thursday if they can fit me in.

I'm trying to stay upbeat but it's really not pleasant..

Hope everyone's having a nicer day than me!

A lovely cold, dark & rainy weather day !! I just loved it.

I wish we had more days like this ...sigh ...
