Class of April 2014 Part 21
Well, I'm a bit quiet, trying to come to terms with the fact that the Labour party took a hammering last night. The problem with living in a democracy is that other people don't always vote for the right party! If only they would check with me first...
Anyway, the sun did actually come up this morning despite a conservative majority, so not all is lost.
It's the weekend, I'm in for the Bargain, despite being a political looooooser

Good for you TS, finishing the job.....I hope you have a good week-end!
Going early tomorrow with my Mom & Sis to a Garden Fair down river, then taking Mom for lunch on the river with a couple of my Brothers, really looking forward to spending time with them.
Good night/day All

Morning everyone,
I have a free day today, but that means I might get roped in to doing the shopping. Hmmmm, not so good.
I have a new recipe to try later "butternut squash and lentil stew", so need a few ingredients. I'm feeling generally quite healthy at the moment. It feels good to be looking after myself these days.
Sounds like you have a lovely weekend planned, Mariah.
Tops, hope you can relax a bit, maybe sit and watch the concrete dry for a while?
ST, as always, it's great to hear you doing so well.
UP, how's it going?
Hope all the Fools have a peaceful, sober weekend x

Morning everyone,
I'm up early (for a Sunday). One of the pheasants in our garden has a chick, and I'm desperate to see if it's survived the night! No sign of her yet. I've put some food down for her. The chicks are the prettiest little things, but so vulnerable to foxes, cats and other birds.
Hope everyone has a sober, peaceful Sunday.
