Thanks ST. I'm not sure if there will be much left. I have to see what the urologist recommends but my Dr was talking about them probably using sound waves to break it up, least invasive.

A stone of calcium in someone's body is still a stone to me! I'll wrap anything with wire and make it wearable

UP Love the Acronym!

I would definitely say that is progress ST

New job is going really well......Very excited about it! Today is my Bday & started out with my 21 year old in a car accident before 7 am this morning......no one was hurt, so I am thankful for that. Kid has been in about 4 accident since he started driving......felt bad for him as he was on his way to a new job (had 2 days of orientation, but today was the first actual work day).

Anyway, a sober Bday for this girl Had the sweetest voice mail from my little Grandson that made my Day

I did before ST, I'm thinking that didn't help things.

Happy birthday Mariah, it's good that no one was hurt. Good to hear that the job is going well.

Up- yea...kidney stones are formed by an abundance of calcium flowing thru the digestive tract and blood stream...and most modern day tums and knock off brands load them up with calcium, even the +100 plus tums...even more!!! My stomach is all jacked too from the drugs mostly, but use 100% pure honey mixed into tea or straight up...it's much better for you...

I have also heard that diluted apple cider viniger works well but haven't tried it personally, the fear of adding more acid to an already acid filled situation seemed sketchy

Half day today,
back at home....
YES!!!!

Orange juice and tomato sauce always get me....
I've ruined my digestive system I think....
Wife is vegetarian, so I mainly eat that way...
I had bad burning in my stomach, most of which has become better but some foods just get me...

Anything with too much acid/oil...
Patton the Governor of HK years ago, who is still really popular here with all walks, famously was admitted to hospital from eating too much fried rice....

I've found now I have some level of awareness food is really important to me remaining mentally balanced...

I pay dearly for eating bad food, but I cant keep my snout away from the odd hamburger, pizza, coke etc..........

Maybe we should start a business selling alcoholics kidney stones/body parts back to them after some serious artwork from ST and Mrs ST..

HAPPY BIRHDAY MARIAH........

glad everything is Ok with your son.... phew!

SOBER BIRTHDAYS ARE AWESOME.....

stay tuned..............

Well, I have to admit it, I'm in a pretty damn good mood today lol...not all manic and weird happy either...calm, normal, content...grinding away at work and gonna tidy up the apartment afterwards...a lot of things changed...honestly...I had a conversation with my mom when she was sober last week, and I really expressed how much that last situation really hurt me...and she FINALLY admitted to me after 15+ years of denial that I wasn't wrong in saying that she has a serious problem...I didn't realize it right in the moment but just hearing her finally "man up" really made me feel better...she can be drinking right now and I would tolerate it without causing a scene...just hearing two little simple words changed SO much in my head...your, and right...
