Stay close, VirginiaWoof; we get it; we know how difficult those early days are. Do something nice for yourself today - a long, soothing soak, maybe?
Sunny warn Saturday morning in my way to work.
I'm enjoying most of my days now. How wonderful sobriety is now even went I'm having hard time/struggling with myself from the inside out still beats being drunk. I'm learning to live with my emotions good or bad.
Ok now let's go and enjoy this new day and discover what is in it.
24 more of this wonderful new life.

Dee, you're right about needing a better plan. At the risk of sounding like making excuses my mind seems too 'wafty' to concentrate on making one. I'm either concentrating on work and looking after the dog. As soon as responsibility finishes my mind/body looses focus.
Fortunately I've only got another 15 mins work to do and I've done my hours for the week. Around 30 mins after that my son will be home from rehearsals, 3.5 hours after that I'm off to the fair - short shift so home just after 10. I'm HOPING that a good nights sleep and a free day tomorrow will get my mind sharp enough to actually get a plan sorted .
Asking for 24 more by the Grace of God.

Sometimes, having a theme, I just let my thoughts light where they want to. Thinking of trees, roving over my internal landscape of trees, I set upon the juniper tree. My personal experience of the actual juniper is mostly in the form of gin, out of which its berries are made. But when I was a little girl, I had a copy of the Grimm’s story “The Juniper Tree.” I remember I’d never heard of the tree’s name, and I said “juniperper.”
Juniperus, with golden bird.
For any interested readers, here’s a link: Grimm 047: The Juniper Tree. I warn you, it’s quite a grim tale.
I’ll see you here tomorrow, I hope!
