Morning y'all!

I've been following along reading all the posts but I haven't had a lot of energy to post myself. I did finally check in to the rehab hospital. I have OT/PT sessions morning and afternoon and I'm exhausted really especially because I'm already very fatigued and could easily sleep all day every day.
My team has been evaluating and retesting a few things and right now the consensus is that something else is going on along with MS. I'm pretty sure I know what it is but I don't let my mind go there and will just wait and see how it all plays out.
Other than that I'm good. I've been a little grouchy and moody (lots of crying out of nowhere) but I think it's just fatigue and frustration.
On the bright side, there's never a dull moment around here and boy do I have some stories! It's comical just watching us all try and get around and meal times are the funniest. I've been eating down in the dining room and it's tragic to get to know these people and their stories but at least we can laugh at ourselves ( at least most of us can)
Anyway, it's weird but I haven't thought of drinking at all while I've been here. There a few people who talk about when they get out of here what they're going to do.....drinking cold pitchers of beer is on top of a few lists....but it doesn't cause the slightest want in me. Yay!

I've not been posting, but am doing good, as far as, I havent drank. The sickness I had was not food poisoning, but bad stomach virus that made both Sons, my youngest, terribly sick...he is finally better today. spent the evening last night disinfecting the house, laundry & getting myself to work, despite feeling like sh@#. can't wait for this work week to be over....I plan on doing nothing but staying home & taking care of the never ending business here.
Dealing with some attitudes with new co-workers & trying to remind myself that I have no control over their attitudes, only my own. I don't understand why women (many of them) have to be that way....it sucks. Headed to a nail appointment. thanks for listening.

As far as the sh** at work - I don't get women like that either. I hope you can relax and enjoy your manicure. You deserve it. Hugs to you sister.

Thanks ladies On an up note......when I came home on Mother's Day Sunday evening, my 16 year old Son had mowed both lawns, straightened up the house, arranged my Bday flowers around, had prepared homemade sausage meatballs with spaghetti dinner, complete with toasted garlic bread. I was sick by then & couldn't touch it & felt terrible, but finally enjoying some tonight. What a blessing he is, I don't know of many 16 year old young men that would do such a sweet thing for their Mum

Hi everyone - just checking in. Trying to get prepared for court and jail. I have this weird feeling I'm not going to have to do jail. But it could just be wishful thinking. I'm writing down some things I might say to the judge and prosecutor. Also getting a bunch of paperwork done, which I will go hand in today at the jail, so they can get a jump on verifying my ex's employment and work schedule. That's for the release for childcare I'm hoping they will grant, so I can be out during the day.

My bid for being out of jail for childcare during the day isn't going so well. Just got a call from the sheriff's department and the officer I talked to said she's not sure it's justified for me to be home all day while he's at school. I'd be able to come come until he goes to school in the morning, from 4:30 until about 7:30. Better than nothing I guess. She's going to run it up her chain of command, and my lawyer and I will ask the judge for it on Monday, but it doesn't sound good. Oh well. I was mentally prepared for this. I t was worth a try.
