Oh, honey. .. I certainly understand this. I have many days in a row where it feels like nothing I do matters to anyone. But I know that is false. Once I realized that everyone had days like that it helped me. That isn't an ~ism issue but a human one. We all matter, and, yes, there are gonna be yucky days. I LOVE going to bed on those yucky days. YAY for a new day! Your post made me smile bc I totally get that feeling. Take care, friend.

Seriously, though, we geeks like to talk tough, but installing any flavor of linux is a pain in the butt and I can't imagine a normal user doing it. Once it's installed it sure is nice though
Oh, Goat. . . you sound sooooo much like my son. Hee Hee! I am NOT a computer guruy person, however, so I could better understand and talk with my son, I took programming classes. My son was thrilled. Yes, I can now write and talk in programming language.

My thoughts are "one thing at a time." That being said, one of my friends gave up alcohol, cigarettes, sugar and caffeine at the same time. He figured the first 90 days of withdrawal from anything suck, so he decided he'd just get them all over with at once. He was not a nice person during those weeks, but he did it!!!

Personally, coffee is my thing!!! I eat such a clean diet so there is no cake/cookies/chips/fast food/processed food/pizza/soda in this body. I live on fresh, organic veggies, some fruit and grass finished meat. Clean coffee beans are my THING! I love love love coffee, so not giving up my one and only vice.

So, mystified, I'm lifting my cup of coffee to you this morning and all of our fellow 24ers. Wishing you a blessed, beautiful, inspired, healthy day.

Howdy grtgrandpa. Are you close to Baltimore and all the chaos going on there? I hope you and yours are safe, and I pray for calm in that city.

Good morning, gang. YIPPEE for me! I am finally going to a neurologist to find out what is causing all of these headaches. Still working with my natural medicine Dr, though. I do not want drugs in my body so have had a few roadblocks to getting treatment bc I refuse the drugs. But getting this opportunity to see a Dr who can actually turn that nerve in my head off sounds amazing!

I love my life. . . headaches and all. God is so amazing.

AND I love love love this thread and all of you. I pray for you each and every day.
