I forgot to mention that I bumped into a girl at an AA centre who I haven't seen for a long time. She has struggled to maintain sobriety for longer than a few months. She also suffers from mental disorders. Anyway, yesterday I saw her and she has almost 1 year sobriety. I could IMMEDIATELY tell she was so much better. Her voice was upbeat and energetic. Her eyes positively sparkled and her entire demeanor exuded happiness and positivity. What a change ! ***** !!

Awesome :) thanks for sharing!!

:danse1b: Congratulations to you who are celebrating a milestone today!!:c011:

I thought I'd try a new meeting today. In total there were 3 of us. Nice ladies, I'll still check out more new meetings.

I have this new change in my life, I'm diabetic. My Doctor says I'm on a diet & exercise plan, my 2nd week. I never even thought about carb's before. Now ...I'm reading everything before I bought it. AND, anything that was at home already. I'm grateful we caught it early.

I'll be checking in for the next 24 hours of my recovery, Thanks to my HP & AA.

I get to sleep in tomorrow.

AND I have a meeting with some folks to talk about a new business venture. I'm an incorrigible entrepreneur. If none of these risks I take ever pay off at least I gave it my all.

Good morning. I had a dream I woke up at 10 am and was really late for work!

I got up in a complete panic, how weird.

It's 6.50 am here (so NOT late for work!), and I'm signing in for another 24 hours please.

Have a good day all you lovely people x

There are so many inspiring people and stories here (and cake. It's always nice to be in the same place as cake) I adore checking in here every morning.

It's always lovely to see celebratory posts.

Thank you everyone for being here.

I'm feeling much MUCH better today. I still have no idea what yesterdays funk was about but I had a better nights sleep and I think I was probably grumpy because I was tired.

Must remember "HALT" and do what I can to support myself and protect my sobriety.

It's 7am (what???? ? Gotta hustle!)))) on day 37 and I am in for 24.
