24 more please, off to bed as it's 23.46 here in the UK, going to be tucked up with my book and a big cup of sleepytime tea before the witching hour comes... Not sleeping well still but when I do drift off I'm having some really powerful vivid dreams, some nice, some verging on full on nightmares. More the nightmare side of things to be honest. It's been many years since I remembered my dreams on waking. When I was a little boy I had persistent recurring nightmares for a couple of years, been a long time since I woke up terrified in the small hours! Anyway, I'm putting it down to being more conscious of things now I am sober, and trying not to let it get to me. Stay safe and sweet dreams everyone. NGB |
