Another thing I won't miss from early sobriety, aside from anxiety, is the digestive issues. Not going to be graphic (lucky you) but I can't wait for my body to sort itself out!
No way am I picking up that drink.

Morning classmates.....
Monday morning down here in autumnal aus.....looks a bit grey out. Day 13 and still going despite a few complexities over the weekend. Lime / soda......nothing that can't be cruised through on lime / soda....
Flying out today for a short time.....

Looking to get back on track with sobriety. When I am sober I am far more goal-orientated and productive. When I drink I feel tired all the time and just feel like I am going through the motions of life like I am on auto-pilot.

I've been taking an afternoon nap for years, 30 minutes or so. I haven't needed to take one since I quit. I have so much energy that I feel 20 years younger.

A New Day,
The autopilot thing rings true for me. That's actually one of the reasons I ended up drinking last week. I stopped being self aware and just switched off. It's a horrible feeling.
Day three for me guys :-)
