Today's official "food" of the day deserves no mention from us, so we shall not. But, I will say this, the flamingo gets it's pink color from eating shrimp, so I am proclaiming today Shrimp Day. Go be like a flamingo!! Not sure why they stand on one leg, but if it is a resting state, they may be resting one leg to alternate on the other. That's what horses do. Hope all are well- congrats to our milestoners. I'm hanging with a friend from high school tomorrow and we will be seeing the sights in Boston. Looking forward to my day! 24 more is good with me. Love to all my friends here. |
Big bag o' shrimp on sale at Safeway today. $5 on Five Dollar Friday :) The flamingos inspired me yesterday. Or maybe I just haven't been able to get their "fragrance" out of my mind. Shrimpies tomorrow for dinner, though! |

24 more please, 01.24 here in the UK. Sad day today, it marks the 15th anniversary of the passing of a very special friend of mine. I often think of him but today I've been very melancholy. Gone too soon A, miss you my friend.
