Della, it is settled. You are coming to Kentucky. There is a spare room and everything!
B, my day was fan-freakin-tastic. I spent it watching movies with my granny (she is depressed because her cancer is growing again) and I spent the rest of the day playing piano. It has been lovely.
I think I'm going to try tylenol instead. I got a little too excited when I picked the bottle up. I might try the heating pad as well.

Way to go Copper it's nice to listen to your inner voice. I hope the Tylenol works.

Spent about 4 hours in a little stretch of flower bed shoveling out the moss that is taking over & inbedded into the soil & was choking out a little birch tree I planted a few years ago (I have one planted for each of my Sons), anyway was a lot of work & still have a stretch to go, but making progress & got some red hot pokers from my Mom's yard & planted those & 2 Dahlia bulbs.....was a gorgeous day here. Headed to the coast with Sons in the morning & hope you all have a great day.

My sleeping pattern is rather odd these days. Hate to say but it's because I can take naps after work. Going from an average of 2 hrs per night for 2 months to now where I can actually sleep is good but I now tend to sleep in streches of 3-4 hours.
What i'm getting at is I haven't written much lately because I've been asleep
And here I am writing at 1 am.
Totally messed up sleep pattern.

Good Morning Lovely Littermates.
Day 112 for we Royal Veggie Triplets.
Off to the VA with Jack this morning. It's snowing again.
Cast, my sleep pattern was screwed up for the first two months of sobriety. I ended up taking the PM stuff to get my mind and body on a decent sleep schedule. Sort of forced trained myself.
Mary, the garden work sounds great. I am so ready to get out into the garden here but Mother Nature says not yet.
Della - where are you this morning? You normally are up before me.
Big - where are you?
