Brynn I love auctions too this one is a pony and goat farm selling animals and cool wood and whatever else.
Okay litter - no pony and goat comments. Behave.
Sorry about the ex's mother' views of the ex but you know mothers are generally that way about their little boys.
If you get sick of it go for a run and let her work on the table and chairs.

Kitty so sorry you are still sick. Get the Magic Alka Sektzer cold & flu. Or better yet ask someone to pick it up for you. It really works. I take it at the first signs of sickness and it makes it go away fast.

He wasn't there...man that smilie takes forever to blow a kiss.

As for mothers and sons....my dream was for my son to marry a nice orphan girl. One again showing how virtuous I am lolol.

The girl he lives with had a very nice family...damn them!

I had a rough time with my exes mother. We got along fine but she could play him like a fiddle.

Wow! 4:30 am is early. I am proud of you! I can't wait to hear all about your half marathon and your full marathon.

Thanks for the encouragement about going to the gym! I always feel better when I do.

Hi Della!

Aww crud, Della! Can't believe he didn't mind his mother!!

The thing is, she thinks everything is everyone else's fault.....his problems are because of someone else and it drives me nuts! He's the baby of the family and he's also the most accomplished academically and career-wise, so she thinks because he's been 'successful' the problems MUST be because of other people! Grrrrr!!!!! She is clueless!!!
Sorry for the mini rant....just had to get that off my chest.

Brynn is sounds like she created a sin that does not accept responsibility because mommy says it's okay. So stupid.

And no goat either.
Actually farm sales have been a sad reality here for the last 20 years.
This one is actually across the boarder in Wisconsin. Only a couple farms left right around here.

Nailed it!

Although, to his credit, he's been really taking note of this whole sobriety thing. He asks me questions all the time and he's even told me he's never seen me happier. He's watching very closely and I see the wheels turning in his head. I think a seed has been planted for sure.

That's a good sign Brynn. Your example is powerful.

Della Jack has been the therapy dog at the PTSD unit at our VA for 5+ years. He does amazing work there. I just hold the leash.
