Yeah my plan is to walk the dogs weather permitting, then hit the treadmill. Ive been doing this lately, and making that commitment helps me want to stay sober because i sure as heck dont feel like exercising if im hungover, or drinking.

Thanks Bobcat. I need to stay quit. I often wonder how some people here get it the first time around. Wish that was me.

Back Again

Hey all,

This will make my third attempt at quitting alcohol for good. It seems that my life is spiraling out of control and Im ready to try and take it back. Unfortunately this means I have to take a hard look in the mirror and admit Im an alcoholic and need to stay sober. Anyway this is day 2.

I think we've all experienced the booze blues. It will pass.

Day three here... not much to report. Work was crap but it always is on Mondays... the volumes are always twice what we deal with the rest of the week. But it's over!

There are beers in my fridge from the weekend and when I first got home they were winking at me but now that I've had a shower and made a hot chocolate the urge has passed.

Nice to meet everyone

I'm rewatching Breaking Bad because it's the best series ever. But I really like Borgia on Netflix. Or Marco Pollo. Mad Dogs was fun and hilarious!

Ah man, I loved Breaking Bad. Tempted by Better Call Saul but think I need something with more episodes to occupy my brain.

Better Call Saul is good although I've only seen 2 episodes.

No, have seen neither yet. My parents love peaky blinders. Might give that a go. Thanks!
