I just got cleaned up as best as I could and called my friend. I thought I could stay home but I don't think I can. She is coming to get me and we are making yet another trip to the ER to check my lip and see about this pain in my side. Then I'll be staying with her today and tonight.

Crunchy, cinnamonny topping makes these pretty damn delicious. And perfectly acceptable for breakfast. Mostly whole wheat flour, not a ton of sugar, lots of apples.

Mld- a lot of people sell baked goods to friends & family. You could do cakes & chocolate covered strawberries & cupcakes & pies. I could see you being very busy!!

Copper I hope both you and your mom get the help you need. I think you may actually like outpatient....I do. I am in group with a lot of young kids hooked on heroin but an addict is an addict and I think actually talking about my feelings is helping a lot. I am by nature a very private person but holding everything in got me to where I am at. Time to try a different way.
