Good morning. I'm checking in a bit later than normal. I was on the phone with an old friend for 2 1/2 hours. Whew! How sweet that we can keep connected in this huge busy world!!! Life is sweet!

Another 24 for me! Feels so great to be sober. I went to the doctor this morning for my blood pressure checkup. It was finally in a normal range! I definitely believe my choosing sober has helped. I'm not saying some days haven't been harder than others but I choose sober! I want to be here for my kids and do things in life with them. Even went to have lunch with each of them today! Life is so much better sober!!

Chick chick - you can do this next 24 hours! We are here for you!!!

Celebrating CNY here and its lots of eating for four days (halfway through) ! Not good for the scales but good for the spirits

W/ those temps FBL, guess I shouldn't be bitching bout 18 degrees!! It's still cooold to me tho but love staying sober all thru it so pls pass me 24 in MD @ 6.15pm
