A delicious 3-cheese and chicken casserole with tomatoes and diced green chiles. Plus refried beans with melted cheese. Maybe some broccoli as the veg.

While I would like to make Gilmer's chicken and cheese casserole the food of the day, I am not really in charge of the list.

Today is Blueberry Pancake Day. I guarantee you'll learn something from the trivia today!

The first ready-mix food to be sold commercially was Aunt Jemima pancake flour introduced in 1889.

Maine produces 99% of all the wild blueberries in the United States of which 90% are frozen.

The world’s largest pancake breakfast was held in Springfield, America in 2012.

It is widely believed that the tradition of pancake races began in 1445 in Olney in Buckinghamshire when a woman was making pancakes but lost track of time.

The highest ever flip was performed by Dominic Cuzzacrea. The pancake reached a height of 9.47 metres at the Walden Galleria Mall in Cheektowaga, New York, USA, in November 2010.

What the heck?!

I just ate now I am hungry again! Yummmmiiieeess

Signing in after a busy day. I am grateful for hectic days.... at my new job my boss thinks enough of me to ask me to help at another location & I move into a new apartment this weekend. Add that to church, gym, family, fellowship, SR, hobbies, health, family and a couple good friends and I would call that a life to be thankful for
Sobriety brings so much And I know I wouldn't have ANY of it if it wasn't for my decision to quit 102 days ago! That decision has enabled me to produce a life of balance, calm, and a desire to grow into the best person I can be. SOBRIETY ROCKS!!!

Signing in for another 24 at 710 PM from the Midwest.

"Getting sober just exploded my life. Now I have a much clearer sense of myself and what I can and can't do. I am more successful than I have ever been. I feel very positive where I never did before, and I think that's all a direct result of getting sober."
......AND ABOVE ALL HAPPY, POSITIVE AND OPTIMISTIC!! I talk to ppl and don't think I am dying on a daily basis! Funny how one thing can make your life a living hell!

I TOTALLY "GET THAT" QUOTE !!!!!!!!!!!!
