I realized yesterday that in order to continue in my recovery I need to get rid of my resentments and, accept the past for what it was. That might take a while but, I'm gonna get it done.

I haven't been checking in lately, but I'm still sober. I had a tire blowout in the cold rain which put me in a bad mood. Mix that with some other stress and add some things not going right and I end up losing my sobriety if I'm not spiritually fit. I think I'd better get praying and meditating today.
