I can't believe how easy it is to loose my way and slip back into drinking again. Although I had a flu shot, I got some type of flu at Christmas and couldn't be with my family or friends. I turned back to drinking to get me through the holiday and now -- I have to start over again. I can't give up. I have to do this.

Glad you are back, Hamartia. The only thing worse than starting is not starting over.

(It has been reportednthat the flu shot did not contain protection for of the strains circulating this year; sorry that the flu ruined your holidays).
