A little time for quiet contemplation right now. Happy to have found this place, this thread, these fine people and grateful to be sober and present this Christmas, the first one where I have not been battling for my sanity in so many years.

9.00 am in England. Day 2 of sobriety.
It's gonna be a hard one today, first Christmas without my Dad, but I will be with my brother and sister and we will all support my Mum.
