Been a wierd day; one moment was basking in after effects of a great mtg & the next dealing w/ painful knee! Good for you celebrants & prayers to those going through hardship! You are not alone. 24 will do in MD

Managed to find out what happened to secretary of my home group. He had spiralled back into relapse but fortunately, was discovered by a member and placed into detox. He will go back into rehab after that. Lots of support needed in the gap between. I am thankful that he has been found and is alive.

I am so grateful that there are wonderful AAs, and all in recovery who take care of each other.

Thanks for letting us know, Kaneda. I actually thought about that person today! Interesting how we can get drawn in to people's lives when we don't know them at all. Go empathy!
Heading to Maryland tomorrow closer to Grtgrampa- it's nice to know there are SR friends everywhere. Sorry for your loss, Grtgrampa, as well.
Expect me to be more present for the next week or so- SR is a great distraction while I am down there- I love to see Mom and Dad but there is PLENTY of down time. And I don't carry a private bar in my bag anymore.
