Another sober Sunday blessing us all so make sure to look up and say THANK YOU to the lord above and pat yourself on the back for realizing you are WORTH sobriety and every single beautiful thing it offers us personally, physically, spiritually, mentally, etc etc etc....T
Be thankful for the ugly days too or if you are struggling for that is making you stronger and you are GROWING every moment that passes!!!!......Say thanks for being able to look at yourself and realize going back would be nothing different and we deserve so much more and we find that every 24 hours of sobriety we put forth!!!!

I'm in early today, but here for 24 more sober hours.
Warm thoughts to all who are feeling sad, lonely, depressed, struggling.
Being able to share our thoughts and feelings are so important.

I know it's easy to agree with this since I'm experiencing a pretty day, but may we always give thanks for & never, ever forget the ugliness that brought us here.
