Went on a haunted tour last night, was definitely on the presence of spirits, the other-worldly kind. Creepy!

30 days sober today. I'm back to one month since my hospital visit that shook the foundation of my existence.

Very happy to be alive and sober this morning.

I'll take another 24 hours to be sure.

How did you like Frozen? I saw it with my granddaughter about a year ago. I know everyone loved "Let It Go" and I did, too, but I thought "Do You Want to Build a Snowman" was better, and "For the First Time in Forever" was my favorite especially the lyrics:

I didn't know they did that anymore"

Reminded me of when I was finally free of alcohol.
