Thanks growpath for the kind words -- I'm okay, just a bunch of triggers going off all around me right now but thanks to SR and some other tools, I haven't fallen entirely off the beam -- just a wobble or two

So begins the Post-Halloween Season. The time when my Halloween decorations are still out well after Halloween. I will probably get around to taking them down around Dec 24th... if even then.

I feel love in my heart today
I was born at 2am on 4Nov/1931 in my Mom and Dad's bedroom.
When I logged on to SR at 2am this morning, I had a birthday message from Venuscat who is my bonus daughter. She directed me to the happy birthday thread, and the tears began to flow.
The oldtimers told me that they would love me until I learn to love myself, and it is happening more and more as I associate with you beautiful people in recovery from our illness.
courage2, you are not alone in DC. My house is 30 miles away and there are a lot more of us much closer. We've got your back.
Congrats (((Marcher13))) and all of the rest of us who are living in recovery today.
