Good morning, all.
Congratulations to all with milestones this weekend - Viking you are doing a great job!
Courage, I never knew that about the Ibis. It's a amazing really to think about all those mummified birds.
Not sleeping too well these days and having sad dreams including one where I was drinking, but at least it was just a dream. It will get better with time; that I know for sure.
Take care everyone. Great to be here with all of you!

Courage, thanks for the info on the Ibis; you bring a great perspective to this thread; always a pleasure.
Thanks, VikingGF, for the milestone updates. I look forward to that "Yes, yes; this is working" moment each day.
7:30 a.m. on the East Coast.
Go soberly, all, and in love and peace.
Congrats to milestones! Hugs & hope to those struggling. Congrats to those who are just now finding us.
Afloat I am amazed & impressed. I think a wedding reception would be one of the toughest situations to remain sober.
Tying a personal record today, friends (aside from my 2 pregnancies). 45 days strong! The last time I did that I had given up alcohol for lent just to see if I could do it. I did - white knuckling it the entire way. You can be sure I was completely blasted on day 46. Not this time though! Only way to get there though is 24 first, so bring it!
