Sending my prayers & positive healing thoughts to Dee and to all our SR friends tonight. Congratulations, of course, to those who achieved a milestone in their recovery today.
I love these adorable owl's that are being posted . My little sweeties ( Sara & Lucky) are here on the bed as usual. Fast asleep....
Checking in for my next 24 hours of recovery, thanks to my HP & AA.

12amET...in MD; Howdy SR! Ya ya I'm still here so that obviously means He still has work for me to do here which is fine by me. It went well & surgeon said should sleep here tonite instead of go home coz he didn't feel I was ready to go home. & he was rite coz every time move my knee the pain is damn! Was weeping not crying in recovery room afterward. Not in much pain now so I'm ok & hopefully sleep well. Hat's off to Courage2 & michaels_w for messages plus others that kept in prayers. So here I am signing in on hospital bed but grateful to be sober & spiritually free!! 24 more

Every morning I engage in quite along meditation with my H.P. setting up the day so to speak. I find this works quite well, along with meetings, readings, and keeping a positive and sober outlook, To be forewarned is to be fore armed.
