Hello all

Still sunny and great early autumn weather in London.

By not taking a drink yesterday I now have 7 weeks sober!

I struggle with Mondays and the AV at work, always Mondays, but will try and make this a positive one.

Penkins and glandon, way to sweat that AV out! Congrats to all on racking up the sober days! Apple, I think we have the same sober date.

London, you are the official leader of this pack I think with 7 weeks!! Dang kid!! Curious, why does the AV hit you on Mondays? My resolve was always the strongest on Monday as I was regretting the weekend and drinking.

I am going into work whistling and singing, oh I forgot, after the gym! I think I may even put a big picture of Mr T as my work computer screen saver! Make everyone think I am completely out of my bird!!

I think there are a couple of others who have managed to be sober for longer than 7 weeks but they don't seem to post much. But yes sthlondon seems to be the leader of the pack ;-)

I actually went back to the beginning of this thread and over 50 people had joined this class. Its now whittled down to about 15 of us.

I read my first post and thought Wow I have come a looooong way since then.
