Today makes 12 days. Yesterday was tough...went to AA meeting. REALLY needed it. Good nights sleep and feel re-committed today.

Put me down for another 24 hours. 10:26 am eastern time.

I got locked out of my account but I am still checking in for another sober 24 hours at 10:47 am (and two more posts to go before I can pm the mods for help).

I'm staying sober for sure. No drugs or alcohol (which is a drug) for me out here on the rig.

Pledging another day. Though I find my addictive voice does still fight to be heard, it is getting much weaker and easier to muzzle.

Sunday here and resting my strained back.
24 hours a day keeps the doctor away
.....at least for lots of the drug and alcohol
related stuff.............
