Don't forget that your whole lifestyle has changed just recently and your body needs to adjust .

You have been really busy , not sleeping as well , keeping late nights ..you are all out of sync , something has to give .

Do your warm water with the juice of a lemon every single morning before you eat or drink anything ...i haven't been sick for at least 6 months flu and cold wise .

It's good for your liver like anything sour ...kale , yuk ! Grapefruit , yuk , etc xxx

Oh, haha....I just posted on the healthy eating thread I will be doing lemon detox on the weekend. Great minds.

Dunno, have a temperature...I also had a rash...I honestly was thinking it may be like Germans measles or something....ehhh, not sure. Just was not myself tonight, then I started worrying about hypertension. Ha...dunno. Managed to turn myself into a basket case, really not me.

Anyway, doctor tomorrow....been putting it off for weeks.

Odd,I'm feeling kind of crappy today as well.
I have this floaty off balance feeling like when you have a hangover.

Yeah, I considered calling a medical line before. Took some more aspirin and my heart isn't beating like crazy, like it was.

I'm on it though.

You sound a little anxious love . That's what i was like in the docs the other day ..my blood pressure was up but after waiting for a while to have the ECG it went down. The more anxious i felt , the faster my heart was beating .

He gave me a Valium to calm and it settled and i havent needed anything since .

I was getting myself in a dither .

Don't go to dr google , it makes thing worse lol

Yeah, I'm not one to get anxious unnecessarily. Just has been going on for the past 12 hours....my face was red as a beet root, like I'd been at the beach all day (seriously) and I felt buzzy and thumps like I'd drink about 10 cups of coffee earlier. Til I took the aspirin.

Yeah sounds like a bit if high blood pressure . Make sure doc checks it tomorrow , get your bloods done too .

AW , I'm so thrilled for your new arrival of another darling granddaughter , they are truly a gift .

We've just got back from the shops . Spent a bit on Holly prettying up her room .

New bright quilt cover. , its amazing how a cover can change the whole room. Got a few little knock knacks .

Rice paper light and a nice photo frame to put lots of her fave pics in . It looks lovely .

I went to docs and got my blood results this afternoon . Not flash :/ my liver enzymes are still going up .

I'm convinced its the pristiq antidepressant I'm on . There's no other reason for it as its only started elevating since I started this new one .

He said on Monday that it wouldn't be the medication .

Today he is having a change of heart as the enzymes that have gone up are the ones related to medication and alcohol and I'm obviously not drinking anymore . So he is going to monitor it closely .

I've asked if I can go off them immediately and he said I just can't do that as they have bad side effects . It'll take at least a month to taper off .

I've looked it up on dr google ..yeah yeah ...I know lol ...and apparently it's horrendous to come down from , brain zaps ..nausea ...etc etc etc .

I've missed 2 days a couple of times and it's awful .

I really don't know what to do . My instinct tells me to stop them , but he is worried as my depression was quite major , he doesn't want me to go back there and these were the only ones that have really made a difference .

I'm in a dilemma

It seems to be a side effect of Pristiq....? Not medical advice, lol, just saying, it doesn't take much looking to find.

Sorry....I'm the kid who goes quiet when drama strikes. I don't really want to go on about my night...

So. I ended up going to hospital last night and they kept me there for monitoring til this morning. I've been referred to a specialist cardiac clinic and they want to do some more monitoring. They are also not happy with my weight gain, but thyroid all came back clear. Of course, the issue of damaging my heart, sleep apnoea came ...long story short....I've got a lot so $hit to get sorted with my health, and quickly.

I'm just a bit pissed off and sad at the moment, so yeah. I'll get over it.

No wonder you were scared . Have you looked into getting a cpap machine for snoring ? Shaun has one , they are brilliant .

I know its easy for me to say , but try not to worry ok as medical technology is so advanced these days , there is a solution to nearly everything .
