Had an awful day yesterday and am throwing myself a bit of pity party this morning. It's one of those days that only strengthens my resolve to deal with things sober. I just have to remember that "this too shall pass"

Well I was lost yesterday this is my first World Cup sober as an adult and I was so sad yesterday after Brazil lost and them come to me and start smiling I didn't do anything like getting drunk and used that for an excuse and for me that's amazing.
Ok now for another 24 hrs. Of life at life terms.
