Quitting pot (and alcohol) for good - III
At least you know what caused your slip buddy, hopefully that means you can avoid it next time out.
Take care.

Day 141 here.
I must say, this summer has been very calm and peaceful so far....... and i have no doubt being sober has played a large part in that. I'm sleeping better, i'm feeling better, and i haven't had many AV thoughts in weeks.
For those new people out there who might be reading this......... once the initial "storm" of the first few months passes it seems it just gets easier and easier. But of course, if you never try it, you'll never know

Just try again, try harder and harder, do everything you can to stay sober.
Take care.
C'mon Brazil!!
These first 3-5 nights will be bad. I know this from sobering up before, its just plain painful and I don't want to do this again. So I'll buckle up and ride the storm out.
