Thanks for this thread Seeker, you and it have been just wonderful, will miss you and your phenomenal dedication, the accountability this thread has inspired has been awesome, ok I have relapsed a few times since first posting here but there have been many many more days when I have been tempted to drink but haven't because of posting here that day and every single day I haven't drank has made me stronger and given me hope. I will miss Deeker post and hearing others stories, for that reason I too will be leaving 24hrs club..it has been here during my darkest hours, with the changes and control being added I don't agree..good luck to all

I have no clue what happened today, but there is no additional control from the moderators guys; something got misconstrued. We will all miss deeks, but the club is ours, as it has always been. Our stories are important, and will continue as long as we all wish to tell them.

Let's move forward.....

I'm signing in for another 24 hours at 0720 here in Indiana. Deeker, thank you for all of the time and dedication you have given to this thread. Though I didn't check in every day, I really enjoyed the encouraging and personal stories that were shared here. It made me feel less alone. Also, knowing you cared enough to check in when I wasn't around for a few days meant a lot. Thanks for making me laugh. In the spirit of Lloyd Dobler, never give up!
