Looks good but I'm not a fan of coconut, you can keep posting about them, though, since there is no song to associate!

Good luck, humbug!

Eeek is that a promise or a threat?

I'm bored today,so I'll be hanging around here encouraging folks yet again.
Thank goodness for the pool games in the arcade section.
It's just another cold rainy day here. Feel like I live in Seattle instead of the N.E.

Hi everyone,

Welcome to all the new members of the July class! Happy to see our class growing

Rainy, windy, cold miserable day here. We had to turn the heat back on and it's almost May!! All I have to say is we had better have a nice summer!!

Not much going on here. At the gym now and then will pick my daughter up from school and have a cozy day inside. Appetite is picking up and I have gained a couple of pounds. Guess that is a good thing

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!! Xxxx

Hi Ladybug. The weather over there sounds not good anyway. We keep hearing about all the tornadoes in the news.

Bowder, hope you are ok...I heard there were some expected in Caroiina?

It is a beautiful sunny day in East Texas. Loving the spring time and being sober to enjoy it. Wish the pool was warm enough for a swim, but I don't swim till the water reaches 80%. It is in the 70's now. You all have a great day.

Hi all,

You Aussies! Vegemite is vomitable, but Lamingtons looks luverly! Thanks Croissant!

Pete, you and your fiancee make a handsome couple!

Huntington, I'm envious you have a pool! I don't mind cold water at all. You warm up once you're in!
We're having the same weather as you Bob. Dreary!

Humbug, wishing you all the best for your road test!

Still with the drinking dreams, but its good to awake from those dreams.

My psychiatrist thinks that my sleep problems will eventually resolve. I'm frustrated with the ongoing insomnia, but I'm glad that he is not suggesting medicating it.
A bit down. Finished my last acting class yesterday. I'm thinking of auditioning for a local amateur theatre company production. There's no way I'd get the role, it's a big role but I'd sort of like to see how the audition works, for that experience alone. I will think on it. No word back about the patient role thing.

Don't really know why I feel out of sorts. Weather doesn't help. I ought to be buoyed up about Madrid, but I'm getting anxious instead.
My acting friend is coming next weekend. I'm not a naturally relaxed host. I hope it goes ok.
Someone on SR has a quote from Eckhart Tolle, sorry i can't remember who it is now, about how when we complain, we make ourselves victims. A good thought to remember!

What's with the broken sleep and drinking dreams, Leshar? I had one last night too...don't remember much, other than I put on some lipstick with no mirror when drunk. Tried to hide I was drunk from others, then was mortified when I looked in the mirror and saw I'd put the lipstick on all crooked, thinking "they know! ....They know I'm drunk".

Hmmm, I'm sorry you are feeling anxious about your trip. I'm not sure, but is this part of the second guessing ourselves? Do you have a plan for dealing with the AV if it tries an ambush?

Thanks for that, Croissant. Yes, I do feel the AV is on the ambush. Because I'm doing better, perhaps? I am able to listen to and decipher the "thoughts" now and recognize that it is bs. Thank you for reminding me that I continue to need to pay attention.
I'm reminded of WFS # 11: "Enthusiasm is my daily exercise".
Onwards, folks!

Men At Work - Who Can It Be Now?

"Who can it be knocking at my door?
Go 'way, don't come 'round here no more
Can't you see that it's late at night?
I'm very tired and I'm not feeling right

All I wish is to be alone
Stay away, don't you invade my home
Best off if you hang outside
Don't come in, I'll only run and hide"

This always struck me as an addiction song.
But,maybe it has some other meaning.
Love the googling eyes looking all around.
