Hi!!!!!!

I've been away all day because today was so busy again.

Ok, I made it. Four weeks. Thank goodness my work friend had to rush off to do something right after our project wrapped, so I was off the hook! I am so glad I anticipated and prepared for the worst, though.

I nearly sabotaged my efforts by gong out to dinner with my husband and an out of town friend, while on shaky legs.

I took it minute by minute. I really thought about having wine. I did not have the wine. I assessed every transaction, didn't feel the need to lubricate the conversation, let the awkward moments smooth over... Then by the time I got home it was over and I didn't care. So I'm dabbing in socializing now...

Thank you all for helping to make it a great 28!! I don't think this has ever happened.

Ilya

Chris, soon it will be known as the TENNIS hotel, instead of the trigger hotel.

If you continue rewriting the significance of this place it'll be a mere memory that you used to simply get drunk there

Great 28!!! We're nearly on the same track my brother!

Oh Aarry, medicating kitties is hard

I used to watch my friend's cat when she went away, and the kitty was on 3 meds. We did pills, then he figured it out. Then we had to do towel burrito and squirt the meds into his mouth, which he HATED

But hopefully your kitty gets used to it. Towel burrito, it is a life changer

What does it mean if I have a star by my name down at the bottom of the page? Why would that window need to remind me that that is me? I guess it could have a point....

He's a trooper. He tolerates it really well. Honestly, he's got to be the most mellow cat on the planet. I really am fortunate to have such great cats.

Yeah it's something I never really did before but it's fun to figure them out. It's fun to try to make a little cell of an idea,
So much can come out of restriction and boundaries. New things blossom
Hey! An allegory for quitting drinking

If there was a transdermal patch you'd be drunk through your skin! Right??

Good Morning from rainy London! How is everyone?

Day 31, phew! Feel so 'awake' its actually annoying lol....cant do much as my sciatica is preventing me from walking for more than a few minutes , so once I make it home on the train will need a plan of staying busy at home, hmmm, hope that niggly voice doesnt loom its ugly head!

Keep strong gang! Enjoyed reading all your posts, beer can chicken? Hmm, must be an American thing lol.
