Hey guys and gals. Checking in from my home base (home sweet home finally I made it !!!!). Almost zero triggers around. I need this for a few days after that HUGE test the past 3 nights. This is like letting my muscles recover after a huge workout.
Thank God I am still sober!!!! Tomorrow is day 18. I am so proud to be with you all in this healing journey! We are getting stronger little by little each day adds a bit of confidence! Tons of love to you all from California!
