7:58 am, almost gave in last night, I am not on a forum here which maybe I should search for one. My husband still drinks not every night but Thurs-Sun. Last night I was tempted to open a bottle of wine for a glass and sit in the hot tub. The urges seem to be stronger after 5 months. I am checking in for another 24 hours... Yup I will make it, I will not give up on myself

well today is my :birthday I will be sober and clean and my one of my present for myself is quit smoking ( I can't remember my last sober birthday ).
