Hello, Hello, Hello! Hope Everyone is well today! So great that you made the
24 Hour Club a stop on your journey today. Join us in a simple promise to
stay clean and sober for the next 24 Hours!
Just post your local time and commit.
Please post only once daily on this thread as this is mainly a sign up sheet that

enough for some. Please read people's posts, look for people with lengths of
sobriety and ask them how they did it, then take their suggestions!

Looking Inside
Most of us are terrified to look at ourselves, to probe our insides.
We're afraid that if we examine our actions and motives, we'll find a bottomless black pit
of selfishness and hatred.
But as we look inside, we'll find that those fears were unwarranted. We're human, just like
everyone else—no more, no less.
We all have personality traits that we're not especially proud of. On a bad day, we may think that
our faults are worse than anyone else's.
We'll have moments of self-doubt. We'll question our motives. We may even question our very
existence.
But if we could read the minds of our fellow members, we'd find the same struggles. We're no
better or worse than anyone else.
We can only change what we acknowledge and understand. Rather than continuing to
fear what's buried inside us, we can bring it out into the open. We'll no longer be frightened,
and our recovery will flourish in the full light of self-awareness.

The snow stopped here last night, but the other side of the island where I work got dumped on all day today. It's beautiful!

Morning Everyone,
Here again for 24 more! Day 23 here in the UK, it's 0528 in the morning. Not sure why, but I check in here every morning before proceeding to my February SR forum. Routine I guess. Congrats to all the milestones and good luck to those who have slipped and are back with SR to make another run at it.
